If you are in the 9% don't relax!

If you are in the 9% don't relax!

It's great to be one of the 9% of people who look forward to Monday mornings, but don't get too comfortable.

Don't let the warm glow of satisfaction sap your drive, your determination or your resolve - use it as the motivation to continue making a positive contribution.

Don't let the little tempter on your shoulder whisper into your ear, "Now that I'm comfortable I think I'll coast for a while".

Far too many people relax into complacency, people in ideal career roles who are then surprised when their position is declared redundant or the promotion and career path they had planned fades away.
